i'm intertested in brewing something like mikkeller's beer geek breakfast stout
so, how does one go about it? where to start?

A stout brewed with: water, malt (pale, oat, smoked, caramunich, brown, pale chocolate and chocolate), roasted barley, flaked oats, molasses, hops (palisade, centennial and cascade), ale yeast and gourmet coffee.
**i'm only an extract brewer at this point (7 batches brewed)...also have not joined up with any brewing software yet, though will shortly to help keep track of all my notes and progress
