Cleaning Bottles
 

I got a bunch of free bottles from a beer tasting on Sunday afternoon. I poured out the last sip of each beer and soaked them in hot water with bleach for about 2 days. I rinsed them out with warm water last night and they are on drying racks. If I'm going to bottle on Saturday do I need to do anything else between now and then? Will they stay clean until then?

They should be fine. Just sanitize on Saturday and bottle away.

They should stay clean, but they won't remain sanitized.. Like Stevo said, dip them in sanitizer before bottling and you should be good.
