Cigar City Maduro Oatmeal Brown
|
|
does anybody have a clone recipe for Cigar City's Maduro Oatmeal Brown Ale? I'm looking to do a brown ale in the near future and I want to either do one similar to DFH Indian Brown (have recipe already) or cigar city.

I haven't had the beer, but I did listen to the Cigar City interview from The Sunday Session here: http://thebrewingnetwork.com/shows/584
They cover cedar aging quite a bit, and talk about a bunch of their beers...can't remember if they cover this brown ale, but its probably a good starting point. The interview starts at the second hour I think.

dredging up a really old thread, but did anyone ever get in touch with the brewer at Cigar City and get the Maduro recipe?
