I have a bock in my primary right now which is lagering and needs much longer. I want to have a brew ready by christmas, something that maybe has a nice alcohol warming but it needs to be done before christmas. This is not a priority, getting it done before christmas is, any suggestions? Some thing that brews a little quicker without sacraficing quality.
Anything with enough alcohol to warm you up won't be drinkable that quickly. I would go with a spiced ale with a light spicing and a normal level of alcohol (maybe around 4-4.5%) or I think you will be disappointed when Christmas rolls around.
