This year I've decided to brew a beer that falls somewhere between a Belgian Dark Strong Ale and a Saison. A "Dark Straison" if you will. The other will be a big red IPA. If you are interested let me know and I can share the recipes. In almost done with the recipe writing stage.
 
A mix of a BDS + Saison sounds interesting. I wonder how much the alcohol and maltiness would offset the yeast flavor.

Please note that Reindeer Reserve was edited from a recipe standpoint and greatly increased in strength to be more like a Dk Strong than a Saison.
