Default Chocolate A little Help

New to the forums but totally appreciate the help. I've been brewing part mash for a few years and I'm over it. Switched to full grain and looking for something a bit different on the typical summertime golden sparkles...... Anybody have any advice or better yet– experience or the taste or profile of a chocolate pale?
