So having my cup if coffee something came to me (besides "id rather be having a beer") I know its kinda the wrong time if the year for this cuz once its done it will be warming up... But I was thinking about a coffee stout...but I wanted it to warm all the way down like a chili beer does. Something for those cold nights. Anyone know of a chili that when cooked doesn't give much flavor, just heat. Or one that pairs well with coffee. I thought like a plablano would pair well but I dont want that much earthyness. Maybe just the seeds of some jalapenos? All ideas welcome
capsaicin extract has no flavor, but stick to maybe 1 drop for 5 gallons of beer. it has about 16,000,000 scoville heat units. If you want to go that route, just throwing it out there.
