Brewed this last week, and just took a gravity sample today (day 8). It's was surprisingly awesome tasting at this point. Nice creamy fermentation is just about done. Tastes really good - crisp but still sweet, I imagine garnishing with a lemon will make it better - maybe even lemon zest next time. I ended up using 0.5 oz cascade at 60 min, same at 15 min, and the same at zero minutes. I think the cane syrup is leaving it sort of sweet, like a honey wheat beer. I'll post again in a few weeks after its carbed up and I get a true taste. So far so good...
