i was given a pound of cascades. any good recipes with cascade only? wonder what a cascade IPA would be like. maybe overuse of low alpha hops might be weird though

My favorite pale ale recipe is all cascades. You can make a great IPA with all cascades, as well.

Besides the APAs and IPAs, a Shakespeare Stout clone is 70 ibu of all cascade goodness with a healthy dose at flameout. Great beer and the CYBI recipe is solid.
