Default Cascade IIPA--yeast suggestion?

So I have about 10 oz of cascade hops left in my freezer from my last Hops Direct buy, and I have another pound on the way... so I figured I would try my hand at an all cascade IIPA. I've only got a 7 gal brewpot, so the DME is in there to get the OG up using my system.

Two questions:
1. How does the overall recipe look?
2. Which yeast should I use?

Thanks.

Looks pretty damn tasty. In order to let the hop flavor come through I'd go with US-05. Nice, clean yeast with very little esters. If you want slightly more esters, go with Notty. If you like esters, use S-04 (which actually goes really well with American C hops, especially in Pale Ales and IPAs)

i just made the same ipa and i used us-04. it started off very active but then quit after about two days, which i understand is typical for this yeast. I have learned that us-05 is the way to go, IMO.

In my IPA (not as big and burly as you are brewing) I like to use WLP005 (British Ale) because it gives a malty backbone which provides a good canvas or background for the hoppiness.
