I just need to brew bad after a laco infection and complete plastics replacement. This is what I have put together with what I have since I just sent all my money on replacement equip. never used columbus before. does this look ok. I have 2 oz of each cascade and columbus.

Im not looking for anything over the top in hops. more of a balanced "to style" APA. so what do you think.

I'm working on a similar recipe (below). I'd do a 30 min instead of a 40 and a 15 instead of a 20. 10% crystal/caramel 60 may be borderline high but otherwise looks yummy.

9 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 4 75.0 %
2 lbs 8.0 oz Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 5 20.8 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 6 4.2 %
18 g Columbus (Tomahawk) [11.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 7 25.9 IBUs
10 g Cascade [4.80 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 8 4.6 IBUs
4 g Centennial [7.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 9 2.7 IBUs
1.00 Items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 mins) Fining 10 -
10 g Cascade [4.80 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 11 3.0 IBUs
4 g Centennial [7.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 12 1.7 IBUs
9 g Cascade [4.80 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 13 1.1 IBUs
5 g Centennial [7.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 14 0.9 IBUs
1.0 pkg Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) [0.05 qt] Yeast 15 -

Looks great...that is almost exactly my first attempt at an IPA, maybe more Cascade than Columbus in the dry hop
