Default Cascade from another place - (Argentine Cascade Hops)

I was in my LHBS, and they had a Cascade from either Argentina or Australia... I can't remember which.

The label said something like "no citrusy aroma".

My question is, can you really call it a Cascade?!

Still the same variety of hops, just not the soil conditions your used to.

I saw some of those listed on ebay, I think they were about half the normal price.

Probably from Argentina. Same stock, different growth conditions.
