Can a LHBS or On-line store provide a Malt Analysis sheet?

I was just curious. If I go out and purchase say 15 lbs of a peticular malt, do you think the proprietor could provide me with the Malt Analysis Sheet for that malt?

Well, you won't know until you ask

I guess it really depends though. A larger online place that turns over a lot of malt, probably not. A smaller LHBS might not have the info on hand, but could likely save it for you next time.

Check online for the malt you are using. Some of the mail order shops and malting companies have "typical analysis" for a given type and brand of malt. In many cases, the LHBS does not get a malt analysis sheet with the shipment of malt. They go by the "typical analysis".

Thats kinda what I thought. I was looking for verification so I didn't look like an idiot when asking for it.
