Hmmm even though the ibu's are lowish, you'll probably get some American ( ie citrus) flavors and aromas from the Amarillo and Simcoe. If you were brewing for a competition, you'd probably want to use Goldings, Fuggles, Challenger or some other English hops.

I am not into competition brewing but aside from the American style hops, this is going to have a hops forward flavor and mild's are generally malt forward. I do have some ekg and fugg's

As always yoop you are correct. I changed the hops and schedule to be more authentic and went with
