Default C-3po ipa

The three C hops, ("C-3") and the Pale Optic malt (PO). Golden color.

Hopefully George Lucas doesn't sue.

Haven't started fomulating my own recipies, so can't offer comments on that, but I like the name!

Looks great. I like the light early hop additions and heavy late ones. This is going to have a beautiful flavor and aroma profile and a reasonably malty flavor. Very similar to my most recentfroup of IPAs but I was a bit heavier handed on the bittering. I'm thinking yours are going to be a bit nicer.
