Ok as stated in a previous thread I messed up a grain purchase for a centennial blonde recipe. I want to brew the recipe as written the first time so I now have a bag of specialty grains (mixed) to build a new recipe with. Here is what I have.
2.5 # cara-pils
2 # c-10
2 # vienna
What can I make with these grains included. I can boil up to 13.5 gallons so I was thinking 11 gallon batch of ?????. What say you HBT. Thanks.
