Default Bugged Brews

On a separate thread we ended up discussing bugs and brewing. http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/one-...7/#post1101204

I thought it would be useful to get an isolated thread going.

My first question is what commercial bugs are people using and what are they getting from them?

I am more of a fan of sour lactic beers then I am of horsey brett beers.

But it is all good, except for those wheat beers!
