Looks like a good recipe, I think I might substitute an English yeast though, maybe WLP002 or something similar.

Yeah I've thought about that. I wanted a cleaner malt flavor. I still might try S-04, but with the 2 lbs of Munich, 1 lb of caramel 80, and 4 oz of Victory, the beer should still be nice and malty with a dry-fermenting strain like US-05.

What does everyone think of the hop choices/schedule?

I love willamette hops. I use cascade for bittering and willamette for flavor and aroma in mine.

I just made a Moose Drool clone as a starter for a stout. I used Wyeast London ESB for yeast, and quite like it. Very malty. I originally wanted European Ale, which was supposedly the maltiest (although slowest and least attenuating) Wyeast had, but LHBS was sold out. That being said, S-05 is overlooked. Quick, easy, tasty.
