Just outta curiousity/my own info, has any body ever noticed a difference in the hot break/boilover issues when using Briess DME vs. Muntons DME? I just brewed my second batch this weekend and the Briess DME fizzed out my boil for about 2-3 minutes whenever I added some. I like the idea of adding half of the extracts late in the boil to improve my hop utilization. I didn't have that problem with the Muntons in my last batch. Thanx in advance.
