Default Briess Malt. Is it just the brand name???

I got 12lbs of Briess malt for Christmas and as I read about it, it seems like it is just a generic name for many kinds of grains.
Im trying to find a recipe to do my first all-grain batch with it and im confused on what it is actually called.
What recipe can I use with it? Realizing i'll need to add other grains to it. I wasn't gonna use all 12lbs on this first batch just looking for some ideas.

Briess is a maltster. They make many different types of malts and malt extracts.

Here's Briess' website, they have helpful descriptions of all their types of grain:

Do you know what type of Briess malt you have? Possibly 2-row or Pale Ale malt?

If so, it's good as a base grain for almost all beers.
