Sitting at work right now, quitting time can't come quick enough. Anyways here's what I'm brewing this evening, it's a SA summer ale inspired beer. The little bit of nice weather we had last week had me thinkin' summer beers, too bad it's snowing right now.
OG 1050
FG 1011
IBU 16
3.0# 2-row
3.0# Pale
4.125 # Wheat
0.5# Rice Hulls
1.5 oz Hallertau @ 60
1gr. Grains of Paradise @ 5 min
1oz lemon zest @ 5 min
WLP007 with 1 qt starter.
mash for 60 min. @ 152F.
Any last minute suggestions?
