Does anyone know of a Home Brewing store in East Texas (ie Tyler or Longview). I really don't want to have to make a trip to Dallas everytime I need a little something.

I don't know of a shop in east Texas. You would be better off using Austin Homebrew Supply and have it shipped to you. I done business at the shops in the Dallas area and will only use them in a pinch. AHS has a better selection and the fresher ingredients. My 2 cents.

There is one on Gilmer in Longview, My Brewing Solutions.
There is one opening in Town Oak Square in Shreveport end of October 2012.
