Breiss Ashburne Mild?
Brewing a dark mild and trying to decide between:
1.) 100% Ashburne Mild as base
2.) 50/50 Ashburne/Golden Promise as base
Thoughts? I have not used the Ashburne malt before. The threads I found were somewhat old or did not have a lot of information on them.
Kegged/Serving: British Dark Mild, Oatmeal Amber, Pliny Clone, Porter, Bo-Pils, Oktoberfest, Stong Scotch Ale
Bottled: Barley Wine, Bourbon Barrel Porter
Primary: American Pale Ale, American Brown Ale, British Bitter
Secondary: Sour Cherry Stout, Sour Belgian Golden on Cherries, Bo-Pils, Belgian Strong Dark
Future Brews: British Dark Mild, German Alt, Porter, APA, American Brown Ale
