Anyone got a good AG breakfast stout recipe? Want something with low ABV and a lot of body. Thanks!

If you sub 6-8lbs two-row for the 6lbs extract it should cut down the ABV considerably. Then I would add maybe a half to a pound of flaked oats, and sub roasted for black patent.
