Alright, I'm not too big into the cider scene, but I figured I'd give this a shout. In the original recipe he calls for .5 lb crystal 60 if you're using good juice and .5 lb of crystal 120 if you're using "cheap" store juice.

I'm using 4 gallons of TreeTop apple cider do you think I should go with crystal 120 or 60?

It's fine either way, but treetop is the "cheap store bought" he was refering to.
