Just added oak cubes and makers mark like the recipe called for in my bourbon porter kit. Just curious, should I even attempt to gently stir the beer before racking it to make sure the burbon isnt floating on the top of my beer? Don't want to stir up a whole lot of yeast on the bottom of my secondary by doing this either. Is it best just racked like any other brew?
