Default Bought three new kinds of yeast (new to me) what to do?

I recently wanted to try something other then 001 or 1056 as that is what I have been using almost every brew. I only have around 6 AG brews under my belt.

I purchased an Austrailian Ale and a Essex Ale and an 1084 I think? Irish Red.

I obviously know what to do with the 1084, but what about these other two?

I was thinking about putting them into a basic SNPA recipe that I have been brewing where I only change a few things so I can learn about the tastes. Mostly what I change is the hops. Its just 2row and Crystal 60L. So if you were a new brewer would you use them in this kind of recipe? I think this might be my best chance to find out what these little guys do.

Or are these intended for certain styles?

Either of those would work well on a SN clone, I say go for it.
