I got passed over like a chump because I happened to be out of the country when he did it. So angry.

You have no idea what I'd do for some EKG right about now, Lorena.

Hmmmm, Oh, really? Whatcha got to trade?

I got them because it was such an awesome deal, and of course I plan on using them. But I have a total of 10 ounces now, and would be happy to share with you since you sent me some of the most amazing beers I've ever had. PM me if you want to have a little bit of my bounty!

And.........post a recipe using them!!!

I did a version of my Cream of Three Crops - Cream Ale subbing in all Tettnang for the Willamette and Crystal.

Turned out very crisp.

English-style IPA kicks butt too if you like the flavour and aroma of EKG.

That's an awesome idea! I think that's going on my list of must-brews!

I'll be brewing up koelsch and a dry stout for starters. I'm also thinking about re-brewing my rye pale ale with one or the other. I'm sure more ideas will come.
