Default blueberry ale?

hey I was going to make a simple SMaSH with 10# Canadian 2 Row, and 2 ozs Hallertau, and was wondering..

What would this be like if I added about 5# of blueberries to the mix? At first I wanted a plain simple cheap easy recipe that everyone would go for but I really want to try using fresh fruit.

I hate fruit beers, but that's usually because they put too much fruit in it. I like just a hint of fruit flavor, almost like an aftertaste. I'd say go with 2 lbs of blueberries. It will still look like carbonated Dimetapp, but the blueberry won't be overpowering. If you want an example of a shít blueberry beer, try True Blue Blueberry Lager. It tastes like blueberries soaked in battery acid, with a grainy finish.
