Hi. Any Feedback on the following recipe? Wifey wants me to try something like the Blue Moon Spring Ale. From what I can tell it looks like an American Wheat but not a very high percentage of wheat malt. Others think it has both lemon and orange peel, which I'll probably add at the end of the boil. Here is what I came up with.
3lbs Extra Light DME
3lbs Wheat DME
2lbs White wheat
American Wheat Yeast
