Default Blonde Ale.

I've been drinking this for the last couple of weeks and was going to share it with you but beer smith ate the recipe (or more likely I screwed up after a few of the Blondes)
I found the original print out and notes so all is not lost.

It goes with my way of brewing KISS and it is another good un.I was looking for a all rounder Hybrid with the kick off a Leffe.
Is it close to leffe? Put it this way It stops me going to the Shop to buy Leffe if I want to drink that style of beer. Would it stand up as a side by side clone? I doubt it very much but that is not why I brewed it.

Interesting. What is Dememera Sugar? Dextrose perhaps?

Demerara is a raw sugar, unrefined and dark. Similar to turbinado. Good rum from Guyana uses this kind of sugar.
