A few weeks ago I made a Black Berry Wheat, and I used a 2oz bottle of Black Berry flavoring and a spoon of Black Berry Extract. Well the beer turned out tasty, but not nearly enough Black Berry flavor for what I was expecting and going for.
I'm thinking about trying it again, only this time I've got a couple pints of Black Berry Brandy I was thinking about stiring into the bottling bucket right before I bottled it.
What do you think of that idea ? Think it will be too much ?
Or better, add a pint, bottle half. Add second pint, bottle the rest.
