--.5-lbs.-Weyermann-Dehusked-Carafa-III- --.12-lbs.-English-Chocolate-Malt-
Brewing this with bucket fulls of American hops. Question is should I add the dark stuff late in the mash? I can't remember where I read about that. Thoughts please, and thank you.
