I need a recipe for a good AG Brown Ale that will be ready to drink on September 16th (4 weeks)

7.5lbs MO
.25 chocolate malt
.25 Special B
.25 Special Roast
.25 Biscuit
1 oz Challenger 60
1 oz Fuggle 0
Ive made it twice now, and its really not too bad
