Best site for converting extract to grain?

I'm trying to convert my partail grain recipe to AG. The extract in the recipe is 1 lb Light DME, 3 lbs Pale LME, 1 lb Wheat DME. How do I know exactly what grains to use for the extracts?
I know I can roughly divide the extracts by .67 to convert but I'm just not sure specifically what grain wheat DME is or Light DME is, etc.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Would the pale just be an american "pale ale" grain?
The Light DME just be a 20L?
The Wheat be any American Wheat?

Different maltsters may use different names but in general you would sub any light, pale, or golden extract with 2-row or pale malt. Wheat extract is usually a mix of wheat malt and pale malt in a ratio of something like 60:40 or 50:50.
