We should compile a list of the best recipes on HBT. What do you think the best recipe you have brewed is?

Why do I ask for a list of the best recipes? So I can have a long list of what to brew next. And it will be a place where people can come and try out recipes that are known to be tride and true.

That's what I do - sort by stars, also sort by views.

I must have a list of 50 beers to brew, many years to get to the bottom of my list.

Plus I go to ratebeer.com, sort the best beers in certain categories, then try to track down a clone.
