Looking for recipe and good instructions for a Belgian Witbier using extract. Must be looking in the wrong spot so far.

To do a true witbier from extract is hard b/c they are generally made with a large portion of flaked (unmalted wheat). If you want to do one from extract, but either LME or DME wheat extract. It will be similar, but obviously not the same. I have a recipe that won 3rd place in a local comp I can give you, but I'll have to post later when I get home

Sounds good. I have the ingredients for a partial grain recipe but the times of the additions are lacking
