Default Beer & Cheese

Anybody out there have a good beer & cheese combos? I am watching the History of cheese on Modern Marvals and started thinking what cheese's would be good with a beer.

Aerosol cheese in a can goes well with Miller Light

That ploughmans looks like just my kind of thing.
