Default Beamish Stout Clone

Hey Folks,

I have never seen a recipe anywhere for beamish stout, which is my favourite Stout. Has any one here ever managed to clone it ?

I believe the BYO 150 Clones issue has a recipe. I'm not at home or I'd check for you.

I need to get round to doing one of these.
Better than Guinness or Murphy's IMO.

I actually did a pepsi challenge with Beamish and Murphy's and I could not tell the difference even side by side. I was shocked! It's possible better tastebuds may be able to pick up something, but pretty much I think they are the same. They were both nitrogen cans.

I think you'll find a big difference if you do the same test at a bar in Ireland.
I've never tried the cans.
