Default Basic beer + cherries, vanilla bean and tea?

I want to brew a not so interesting 1 gallon beer and add some of the listed spices and stuff in the title.

I have
100g/3.5oz dried black cherries
a single bourbon vanilla bean
black tea with bergamot

The beer itself would be nothing interesting, something like:
1 gal
1.070 OG

85% Maris Otter
10% Munich Malt
5% Crystal 60

Some Warrior for 30-40 IBUs and i have some leftover Simcoe for aroma but i am not sure if i will need it.

I have never made a fruit beer or anything spicy, i have no idea how this beer should look like. I think maybe i should lower the IBUs.
For the cherries i thought about making a puree out of them in a blender and adding them to the boil around 10 mins. It would be filtered out with most of the sediment during transition to primary. Would that make sense? Or should i left them in during the whole fermentation? Is that even enough cherries?
What should i do with the vanilla? Is the tea a bad idea?

(my only guide with this beer is the DFH Raison d'Etre recipe which uses a similar amount of raisins)

So what i decided is to make a puree out of the cherries and add them at flameout. I've seen here and there that fermentation will drive out a lot of the aromas and fruity stuff but i don't want this to be evidently fruity.
I will also add some honey during the boil. (the OG from the grains is around 1.060 and i would bump it up to around 1.070 with the honey)

Two weeks in the fermentation i would add a half vanilla bean soaked in whiskey. It would stay in there for two weeks.

I would maybe add half a teabag of black tee around that time but i am not sure. Is that looking all right?
