Default Baltic Porter

My first recipe on the forum but my best brew after 12 years of home brewing.

Grain bill:
4# Dark ME
9.5# Vienna
2# de-bittered Black
2# Chocolate malt
2# Crystal 120

OG 1.072

Hops:
2 Oz Mt hood (60 min )
1.5 Oz Saaz @ (12 min)

Yeast WLP833 German Bock Lager ( starter for 4 days 1.056 starting gravity)

Mash: infusion mash @ 66C for 1 hour.

Boil: boiled for 2 hours. Collected 8.5 gal boiled down to 6.5. ( i live at 5280ft altitude so 95C boiling temp)

Fermentation: 10 days at 15.5C in primary followed by 35 days in secondary at 10C

Bottle conditioned in Party pigs with 1 cup light DME overall aged at least 2 weeks.

FG= 1.008
AL by volume 8.4%

My impressions: No diacetyl, no hop aroma, roasted coffee flavor with moderate malt flavors. Medium to Low carbonation. Some fruity esters, but hard to distinguish with complex dark malt flavors.
