Agree on the dry hop. I've learned to cold crash after ferm has completed than I raise temps back up to dry hop. If you're thinking you need 2oz double it if you think 3 use 6! Tim with our water you'll need to add a bit of gypsum since we're nearly at distilled levels, but of course have a report done to verify.
