Default Autumn Cerveza?

I have a few things around from the summer and wanted to use them up and was wondering. a can of brewmaster hopped cerveza extract, some plain light DME and a vial of white labs oktoberfest marzan yeast with an end date in november that I need to use. I'm in between brewing and waiting for a buddy to get time to do a Belgian Wit and I figured this could be an easy hour and use up the yeast and possibly be good or Bad? any ideas on how this would taste? I was thinking it would be light like the cerveza but have a spicy autumn taste from this yeast. Have not committed myself yet to it but may do it as a pot luck beer.
