Default Autumn Amber Ale

Anyone have a good Autumn Amber recipe laying around they could share? Nothing is better then an Amber and Sausage in October

Sorry I am editing this- just looked at the recipe
I just brewed this it is right at 6 weeks and is very nice.

1.062
1.018

5.9%
35 IBU
15 SRM

9 lbs Maris Otter
1 lbs Munich Light
1 lbs Crystal 120 (can sub any of the crystals color adj. if you wish. I like to layer them so I use 2 kinds)
.5 lbs Crystal 20L
.75 lbs Victory
4 oz Pale Chocolate

Hop to 35 IBU with American C hops. I used 2 oz Centennial. With additions at 60,20,10,0

I loved the Wyeast 1332 Northwest in it, It attenuated at about 73% which left it nice and full. You can use other yeasts but I prefer something that is going to leave some sweetnees and some malt.

I mashed at 154 deg and boiled for 75 minutes.
