Default article - culturing yeast that doesn't seem like rocket science

couldn't seem to find good information about yeast clututing on the forums SO i looked around the internet and found a few things ... the follow link to a fellas article seemed the best fit for me - logical, doesn't require any crazy equipment, and seems relatively easy

i'm hoping to culture wild yeast I have captured from an apple orchard in some wort and save it if it turns out interesting

here's the article:

Yeast Culturing

take a look at some of the posts by landhoney, he does this kind of thing, it is actually a lot harder to get an infection than you think, so good luck!
