I am going to make this recipe and was wondering what would be the best temp to mash at? I've heard 148 but that seems kinda low.http://hopville.com/recipe/795806

I have an old Brew Your Own article all about Stone with clone recipes. Arrogant Bastard isn't among them. But, the IPA and Ruination IPA both call for 149. So, 148 seems okay.

I have brewed this version a couple times and it will get you Arrogant Bastard if you hit all your numbers.
