Default Aromatic Sub

Could I use Biscuit for a sub for Aromatic?

Well, aromatic gives a strong malt flavor while biscuit imparts a biscuit like flavor and aroma, so not the best sub.

But it also depends on the recipe.

There really isn't any substitute for Aromatic. Subbing Munich for half your base grain is an option.
