So I made a batch of Ed Wort's with Cotes Des Blancs because I'm impatient and the HBS was out of Montrachet.
(1) Should I add a yeast nutrient? I am on day 7 and it is still bubbling away.
(2) Does this bottle condition well? Will it carb okay with 3/4 cup dextrose?
I know there have been several posts with people experimenting, but I haven't seen a reasonably conclusive answer.
