I have not but it does sound tasty. I am trying to come up with my own IPA that will be great instead of copying someone else. If you make it let us know how it comes out as we cannot get that beer here in Michigan.

I rather owe you a dollar than cheat you out of it.."Dad"
I made it. It's awesome but not a clone when brewed in my brewery. Needs more of the simcoe/columbus combo at 15min, 1 min and dry hopping.

Yes I did, bittering was spot on, I did a side by side taste test. The clone just doesn't have the simcoe/columbus punch like the real thing.

-Chilled with cfc to 68F in 15 minutes
-pitched WLP001 (mr. malty starter) and let rise to 72F
-11 days fermentation
-Lower to 50F for 3 days to drop yeast
-Transfer to secondary
-Dry hop for 7 days @ 68
-Crash cool to 32
-Once cold, add gelatin for 3 days
-Transfer to keg and drink after carbonated
I ferment in a temp controlled upright freezer, probe taped to carboy and insulated.

I made this 4 days ago. I am wondering about a straight 1/2 oz ea. of Simcoe/Columbus dry hop instead of 1/4 oz each of Simcoe/Columbus/Cent/Amarillo. The GF WCIPA I have had in keg and bottle is all about the simcoe/columbus aroma.
