Anyone ever had or tried to make Algarrobina Beer from Peru?
I stumbled across an article that mentioned using Algarrobina extract from the seed pods of the Huarango tree. It is mentioned here as tasting fairly good and interesting. I was wondering if anyone on here has experimented with it.

And I have inquired as to the volume measurements, since I am not sure if 500 grs is grams as I would assume.

Secondary 2: Empty
#1 Backjump Belgian Wheat
#2 Hoppy Slap DIPA, dryhopped with Simcoe 6.4% ABV
Yeah, I'm just getting started, but I come correct.
